The Annie Moses Band is a sibling group of singers, instrumentalists and songwriters. Their music is defined by a commitment to excellence and creativity in their craft. The AMB’s fiery fiddle-fusion and inspirational, sweeping vocals have become the calling card for audiences from Carnegie Hall to PBS to the Grand Ole Opry.

Building upon the award-winning songwriting talents of their parents, Bill and Robin Wolaver, the  six sibling of the Annie Moses Band are leading an artistic renaissance. As a family of deep conviction and Christian faith the purpose of their music goes beyond the simple album to album life of the average recording artist. Their call is to stand in the vacancy between the music of the Sunday morning church house and the artistic offerings of a culture without conscience.

Families and fans are inspired by the vision of a family whose love for one another and for their music is is so clearly evident. “There is a common narrative to life and we desire to create and perform music that speaks into every-day experiences. People relate to songs about family, and love - the homeland, heaven, and loss. We want our music to be a bridge that allows the audience to look at life through the lens of faith.” says Annie, the lead-singer for the band.

In addition, the legacy of the Annie Moses Band doesn’t stop with their own family. Through the work of their not-for-profit, Annie Moses Foundation, the band is investing in the next generation of young artists. The AMF’s flagship program is the Fine Arts Summer Academy. Reaching 200+ students each summer from the US, Europe and Asia, the Fine Arts Summer Academy hones the musicianship of students ages 5-21 through a marathon of rigorous technical training and 5 professionally produced, original shows. These concerts take place on legendary stages such as the Grand Ole Opry House where students perform alongside the Annie Moses Band and get a taste of what it means to command a stage with excellence and integrity.

Our people were enlivened by the professionalism and musicianship of the AMB, and uplifted by the message of hope, faith, and integrity that was gently interwoven throughout the concert. Over a week after their concert appearance here, people are still raving about the Annie Moses Band here on our church campus! Ron Bolles, La Jolla Presbyterian Church, La Jolla, CA

The six siblings that comprise Annie Moses Band have built an impressive platform with their blend of disparate classic genres into one modern package.  Pilgrims & Prodigals is perhaps their best work to date with a strong mix of eight orignal tunes and five covers.  Their arresting take on "Poor Wayfaring Pilgrim" is particularly stunning.  CCM Magazine

...a cover of Jim Croce's 1970 hit, "I Got A Name," and Annie's tongue-in-cheek "Girl of Constant Sorrow," are big wins.  Christianity Today

Music is a gift but music performed with perfection is a treasure. The Annie Moses Band not only creates beautiful music, but they stir the soul. Whether seeing them on television, in a live concert or listening to their latest CD, any time spent with the Annie Moses Band causes the heart to overflow.  They are, without a doubt, one of the greatest musical groups of our time! Janet Parshall, Nationally Syndicated Talk Show Host

If modern rock is now the Christian mainstream then Annie Moses Band is the new alternative.  The family of accomplished and classically trained, award-winning musicians (who play practically every stringed instrument used in an orchestra) offer up a full menu of road-ready fare for the pilgrim and prodigal in all of us.   Worship Leader
